Executive Summary — CAP (Context Acceleration Program) deploys within the customer's own infrastructure or, for customers without their own cloud environment, in a Playground-hosted environment with dedicated tenancy. CAP operates in three phases: Ingestion (dynamic and static integrations read all client data — code, databases, documents, APIs, infrastructure, and more), Indexing (structuring and embedding into a knowledge graph), and Applied Intelligence (LLM-powered analysis and deliverables). This document defines the production reference architecture: cloud-agnostic principles first, then provider-specific implementation guides for AWS and Azure.
